Superbills your clients can actually submit.

How it works

1

Pick your profession

Massage therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, or lactation consulting. Your profession and credential (LMT, DPT, SLP, IBCLC) appear on the superbill, and the code-lookup links point to your profession's official billing resources.

2

Enter details once

Your practice info, your client's info, and each session's date, service description, your own codes, and fees. Your practice details and codes are remembered in your browser so next month takes a minute, not an evening.

3

Download / Print PDF

One click produces a professional black-on-white superbill PDF, formatted the way insurers expect: provider block, client block, itemized sessions, totals, and your signature line.

About codes: you enter your own CPT and diagnosis codes — we never prefill or suggest them. We link to free official sources like the CMS ICD-10-CM code files and your professional association's billing resources so you can look yours up. Codes entered by provider. Verify with your biller. Not medical or billing advice.

Your client data stays in your browser

By default, everything you type — practice details, client names, sessions — is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to a server. There is no database of your clients on our end because, by design, nothing leaves your machine. Clear your browser data and it's gone.

We don't make HIPAA-compliance claims — see the FAQ and our Privacy Policy for the honest details.

Frequently asked questions

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt a cash-pay client submits to their own insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. It lists the provider's identifying information (name, license, NPI, tax ID), the client's information, each date of service with a service code and fee, diagnosis code(s), and proof of payment. The insurer decides whether and how much to reimburse — the superbill just gives them what they need to process the claim.

Are the CPT and diagnosis codes included?

No — and that's deliberate. You enter your own codes, and we save them so you can reuse them next time. Correct coding depends on your license, your state, your services, and the client's situation, so prefilled codes would be a liability for you. We link to free official sources — the CMS ICD-10-CM code files and professional association billing pages — where you can look up and verify your codes. Codes entered by provider. Verify with your biller. Not medical or billing advice.

Is my client data stored on your servers?

No. By default, everything you enter lives only in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to or saved on our servers. That also means: if you clear your browser data or switch devices, your saved entries won't follow you and you'll need to re-enter them.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

We don't make HIPAA-compliance claims, and we'd rather be straight with you than sell you a badge. Two honest points: (1) many cash-pay solo practitioners are not HIPAA covered entities in the first place — that depends on whether you conduct certain electronic transactions with health plans; (2) our default architecture stores nothing server-side, so your client data stays on your own device. Whether HIPAA applies to your practice and what it requires of you is a question for your own compliance advisor or attorney.

Will the insurance company accept a superbill made here?

The PDF follows the standard superbill format insurers expect: provider identifiers, client details, itemized dates of service with codes and fees, and totals. Whether a specific claim is reimbursed depends on the client's plan, their out-of-network benefits, and the codes you enter — no superbill tool can promise reimbursement, and we won't pretend otherwise. A clean, complete superbill removes the most common reason claims bounce: missing information.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

During early access the generator is free and unlimited — every feature that exists today, no account, no card. A paid Pro tier (saved clients, saved service lines, monthly auto-generation) is planned for later; nothing is charged today and we will announce pricing before anything changes.

Can superbills be generated automatically every month?

Monthly auto-generation for repeat clients is on our roadmap for Pro — it isn't live yet, and we won't claim it is. Today, your saved practice details and code list get a repeat superbill down to about a minute of work.

Which professions does it support?

Massage therapists (LMT), physical therapists (DPT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), and lactation consultants (IBCLC). Your profession and credential appear on the superbill, and we link you to your profession's own billing resources. See the dedicated pages: massage therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, lactation consulting.
