SuperQuick Bill is a document-formatting tool. You enter information about your practice, your client, and your sessions — including any billing and diagnosis codes — and we format that information into a superbill PDF. That is the whole service. We do not provide medical advice, billing advice, coding advice, insurance advice, or legal advice.
Every piece of content on a generated superbill — names, credentials, license numbers, NPI, dates of service, descriptions, fees, and especially CPT and diagnosis codes — is entered by you and is your responsibility. We never prefill or suggest codes. You are responsible for ensuring that the codes and other information you enter are accurate, appropriate to your license and scope of practice, and consistent with applicable law and payer rules. Verify your codes with your biller or a qualified coding professional. Codes entered by provider. Verify with your biller. Not medical or billing advice.
A superbill enables your client to file an out-of-network claim; it does not guarantee that any insurer will accept or reimburse it. Reimbursement decisions are made entirely by your client's insurance plan. We make no promises about claim outcomes.
We do not claim that SuperQuick Bill is "HIPAA compliant," and you should not represent it as such. By default, the service stores the data you enter only in your own browser and transmits nothing to our servers (see the Privacy Policy). Whether HIPAA applies to your practice, and what it requires of you, is your responsibility to determine with your own compliance advisor or attorney.
During early access the service is free and unlimited; there is nothing to purchase and no payment is collected. A paid Pro tier is planned for the future; if and when paid subscriptions launch, these terms will be updated first, pricing will be announced before any charge exists, and payments would be processed by a third-party payment processor — we would not see or store your full card details. Features described as "coming soon" are not yet available.
Refund policy to be finalized before paid launch. Draft position: if Pro doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund; annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within 30 days. This section is a placeholder and will be replaced with the final policy before checkout goes live.
Use the service only to generate documents for services you actually rendered, to clients who actually received them, at fees actually charged. Do not use it to create false, misleading, or fraudulent billing documents. Doing so violates these terms and, more importantly, the law.
Because your entered data lives in your browser by default, you are responsible for your own device security and backups. If you clear your browser storage or lose your device, we cannot recover your saved entries — we never had them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperQuick Bill and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including denied claims, lost reimbursement, or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, on the Free plan, is zero).
We may update the service and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Contact details, business entity, and governing law will be listed here before launch.
